Fixed-price jobs
- Furniture assembly and repair — flat-pack builds, wobbly chairs, loose hinges.
- TV and entertainment setup — wall mounting with concealed wiring and perfect positioning.
- Drilling and hanging — up to fifteen holes for shelves, frames, mirrors and curtain rails.
- Curtains, blinds and flyscreens — measured, levelled and fitted for a clean window finish.
- Door locks — installation and repair for better security and smoother daily use.
Electrical and plumbing
- Electrical — chandelier installation, switch and light replacement, socket repairs and wiring fixes, all done safely by experienced electricians.
- Plumbing — blocked drains, leak detection and repair, and bathroom fixture installation or replacement.
Bigger list? Book a callout
When the jobs have piled up, an hourly callout is the best value: a half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) plumber, electrician or handyman who works through your list item by item. Walk them through everything at the start and tick things off together at the end.

- Every professional is licensed for their trade, background-checked and insured.
- Standard tools, fixings and consumables (screws, anchors, sealant) come with the pro. Larger spare parts are quoted before installation.
- Dust sheets are used and the work area is cleaned before the visit ends.
