Recovery without leaving the house
Training hard, sitting at a desk for ten hours, or flying every other week all end up in the same place: a locked-up back and shoulders that never quite release. Our male therapists arrive with a professional table, linen, warmed oil and a plan for the area that actually needs work — you do not have to book a hotel spa or drive anywhere afterwards.
What is included in every visit
- Certified male therapists — trained in sports, deep tissue, Swedish and Thai technique, background-checked and rated after every visit.
- Full professional kit — folding table, fresh linen, towels, bolsters and hot towels to finish.
- Unscented or muscle-blend oils — plain carrier oil, or a warming eucalyptus and menthol blend for sore muscles.
- Set-up and pack-down included — the durations shown are hands-on time.
Which one should you book?
- Deep tissue — the default for desk shoulders, lower-back tightness and stubborn knots.
- Sports massage — faster, more clinical work with assisted stretching and trigger-point release, before or after training.
- Swedish — lighter pressure, full body, purely about switching off.
- Hot stone — heat first, pressure second; the gentlest way into very stiff muscle.
- Thai — clothed, no oil, assisted stretching for mobility rather than relaxation.
Moroccan bath, the men's version
The traditional hammam ritual is just as effective for men and takes forty-five minutes: black soap, steam, a proper kessa exfoliation and a moisturising finish. It clears back and shoulder congestion, softens ingrown hairs and leaves skin genuinely clean rather than surface-clean.
Good to know
- Book at least two hours ahead; evening and weekend slots go first.
- Say where it hurts when the therapist arrives — the session is adjusted around it, at no extra cost.
- Moroccan bath and scrub treatments need a bathroom with a shower or hand-held spray.
- Recent injury, surgery or a medical condition? Mention it at booking so the therapist can adapt or advise.
