Sirwish connects you with verified professionals who provide on-demand home services. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these terms.
Bookings & pricing
Prices, fees, discounts, and credits are shown at checkout before submission. The total at the time of booking is what you will pay, unless we agree with you in writing on any adjustment during service.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule any pending booking free of charge up to 12 hours before its start time. After that window, please contact support. Adjustments are made at Sirwish's discretion.
Payments
Cash and card payments are supported. Card payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment partner. Sirwish never stores raw card information.
Conduct
Treat our professionals with respect. Sirwish reserves the right to suspend accounts that engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe behavior.
Limitation of liability
Bookings are insured for accidental damage in line with our partner insurance policy. Sirwish is not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond the value of the booking.
