What is included in every job
- White and off-white paint included in the listed price — premium, washable, low-odour emulsion. Want colour? Coloured paint is available for a small additional charge, confirmed before work starts.
- Protection first — floors, furniture, switches and edges are sheeted and masked before a single brush is opened.
- Proper prep — nail holes filled, hairline cracks patched, surfaces sanded smooth so the finish looks sprayed-on flat.
- Two coats applied by experienced painters with crisp, taped edges around ceilings, skirting and frames.
- Full clean-up — masking off, floors vacuumed, furniture back in place. You come home to new walls, not a worksite.
How long does it take?
A studio is typically finished in around three hours; a one-bedroom apartment in about five. Larger apartments and villas take a full day, with bigger villas scheduled across consecutive days so you always have liveable space. Exact durations are listed on each package.

- Walls with damp damage or heavy texture may need extra prep — send a photo via the booking notes and we will flag anything unusual before the visit.
- Low-odour paint means rooms are usable again within hours, not days.
- Moving heavy furniture is handled by the crew; just clear small and fragile items beforehand.
